This product is a laser transmitter and receiver device for dimensional measurement & analysis system. Now, we are using KEYSIGHT or ZYGO laser transmitters and also we are commercializing the corresponding receiver.

The characteristic of frequency is in the range of 1.6MHz to 22MHz, It detects a weak laser frequency of 2uW, restores it, and outputs it as a digital signal. This solution is used to measure the surface dimension measurement for precision parts such as automobile and the moving distance of the micro meter unit in the wafer stage device in the semiconductor manufacturing field.
